We are executive search head-hunters. What does that mean? Clients retain us to find the best people for their businesses. We take a full briefing and job description ensuring we understand and work with the exact requirements of the position to be filled.
We then identify and approach potential candidates who are subsequently interviewed and assessed. We want to make sure their aspirations, experience and cultural makeup match the job specifications and the client company.
We only introduce qualified candidates – and only with their agreement – to our clients. This is as true for contractors as it is for permanent employees.
Throughout the process we remain in constant touch, providing candid and open feedback to both parties, with complete discretion and confidentiality.
We want people to succeed and advance their careers; we do not want to waste anyone's time. Candidates are comprehensively prepared before interview and clients have our candidate assessment notes (our considered opinions) – resulting in a good probability of a successful outcome.
